Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance-Focused Federal IT Proposal Writer/Editor - Part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret RFP requirements to ensure compliant responses
- Develop and maintain compliance matrices for proposal sections
- Create compliant templates for proposal authors to ensure consistency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in developing compliance matrices and writing proposals for Federal Government RFPs
- Proven track record of high-scoring and compliant proposal submissions
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal management tools
- Familiarity with video, live orals, and demonstration-based proposals
