Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer desired outcomes are achieved through proactive outreach
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of customers for success and satisfaction
  • Act as the subject matter expert for customers during product changes and enablement
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree and US Citizenship required
  • 5+ years of experience in a related function, with preference for federal sector experience
  • Previous technical support and sales engineering or technical account management experience
  • Experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
