Job Summary
A company is looking for a Federal Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer desired outcomes are achieved through proactive outreach
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of customers for success and satisfaction
- Act as the subject matter expert for customers during product changes and enablement
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree and US Citizenship required
- 5+ years of experience in a related function, with preference for federal sector experience
- Previous technical support and sales engineering or technical account management experience
- Experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time
