Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Dispatcher.

Responsibilities:

• Manage work orders, inspections, and repairs for property management tasks
• Coordinate schedules and provide support to in-house technicians and portfolio associates
• Maintain electronic records and coordinate with other departments to prioritize repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous property management or vendor management experience preferred
• Technical proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required
• Ability to meet timelines and work independently or as part of a team
