Financial Controller
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Controller to build and scale their accounting and financial operations, ensure compliance with GAAP, and lead financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the month end close process and provide monthly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Oversee finance operations including A/R, A/P, general ledger, financial reporting, payroll, etc
- Act as the company's GAAP expert, ensuring compliance with all US financial reporting regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accountancy, Finance, or related degree
- CPA license preferred with 10+ years of related experience
- Strong technical accounting skills (US GAAP) with demonstrated revenue recognition and consolidation experience
- Experience in assessing, developing, and implementing controls and systems, including NetSuite or other ERP migrations
- Proven ability to hire, manage, and mentor high-performing teams
