Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts within a call center environment
  • Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as directed
  • Participate in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including occasional Saturdays
  • Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
  • Financial Services or call center experience is a plus
