Fraud Account Verification Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Fraud Account Verification specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process late and trailing transactions on fraud status accounts and manage zero fraud loss cases
• Update information from merchant receipts to the case information screen
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for transaction verification and escalate risk issues to management

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Completion of activities to evaluate specific skills and qualifications related to the position
• No sponsorship or work visa transfer available for this position
