Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Genesys Cloud Architect (Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with contact center leadership to define business requirements and design solutions
- Design and implement CCaaS solutions that optimize contact center operations and enhance customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve CCaaS issues, serving as a communication bridge between business leaders and technical teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in contact center operations
- 5+ years of hands-on architect experience with CCaaS technology or cloud-based telephony systems
- 3+ years of experience integrating CCaaS systems with CRM solutions
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
