Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global CRM Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the sales and marketing technology ecosystem, specifically Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Architect and implement impactful solutions to elevate operations throughout the customer journey
- Oversee project plans and execute Salesforce-driven initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience as a CRM Manager for a fast-growth B2B organization
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Automation tool administrator (Pardot)
- Experience in lead management, routing, and marketing funnel and attribution modeling
