Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager in Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in our products and provide support to customers and internal colleagues
  • Manage the implementation process for clients, ensuring successful launches of our Employee Management Platform
  • Drive customer timelines and adoption by understanding their use cases and aligning them with our best practices
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains
  • Proven project management experience, delivering multiple projects simultaneously and on time
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience
  • Ability to navigate multiple external stakeholders and work autonomously
  • Experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success at a fast-paced SaaS company (bonus)
