Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager for LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project set-up and manage client onboarding, ensuring successful implementation of payroll systems
- Coordinate and manage client communications, project timelines, and payroll process requirements
- Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws while overseeing data migration and system testing
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in the designated location
- Experience with payroll systems and client-facing project management
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
