Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Global Solutions Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global solutions design function to align with business strategy and client needs
- Develop scalable and cost-effective HR service solutions including RPO, MSP, and workforce consulting
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in MSP services or professional services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Deep knowledge of MSP outsourcing models and HR technology platforms
- Proven experience in designing complex HR solutions for Fortune 1000 clients
- Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing strategies and commercial negotiation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
