Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Support Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and expand the global 24x7 customer support and billing support team
  • Spearhead global recruiting initiatives and talent acquisition and retention
  • Manage payroll, freelancer bills, and EOR partners for the global team
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in developing and managing a Customer Support or BPO shift system
  • 6 years of experience in working 24x7 shifts
  • Proven expertise in recruiting and managing support agent teams in all timezones
  • Experience managing teams of at least 50 agents, preferably with Zendesk
  • Exceptional English communication abilities
