Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Support Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and expand the global 24x7 customer support and billing support team
- Spearhead global recruiting initiatives and talent acquisition and retention
- Manage payroll, freelancer bills, and EOR partners for the global team
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in developing and managing a Customer Support or BPO shift system
- 6 years of experience in working 24x7 shifts
- Proven expertise in recruiting and managing support agent teams in all timezones
- Experience managing teams of at least 50 agents, preferably with Zendesk
- Exceptional English communication abilities
