Government Contracts and Pricing Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Government Contracts and Pricing team.

Position Responsibilities

• Process, analyze, and negotiate quarterly Medicaid Rebates for approximately 400 products and 90 state entities
• Calculate various government price reporting obligations such as best price, Average Manufacturer's Price (AMP), Public Health Service price (PHS) and Federal Supply Schedule price (FSS)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 45 state entities and responsible for all communication and dispute resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical government contracts & pricing finance preferred
• Strong understanding of the Medicaid rebate process, state contracts and pharmaceutical products
• Knowledge of government pricing requirements and regulations
• Ability to adapt within a changing, dynamic environment and to take on additional responsibilities as needed
