Key Responsibilities

- Oversee workflow and delegate tasks among team members to ensure efficient grant administration
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training materials for staff
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional grant administration experience or 5+ years of supervisory experience in a research setting
- Proven supervisory or management experience is required
- Extensive knowledge of federal and non-federal funding agency guidelines
- Ability to manage high volume and complex workloads
- Experience with various award mechanisms, including grants and contracts
