Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Billing ecosystem, supporting internal and external customers on their Buying journey
• Lead company and product initiatives to scale the customer base
• Partner with engineering and design leads to build a healthy group culture and operating system

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Billing Systems, focusing on Quoting, Contracts, and Checkout flows for B2B
• Proven track record of building and leading product teams
• Deep understanding of customer needs and personalizing their experience
• Experience with complex growth initiatives and product rollouts
• Proven leadership skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
