Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for HCM Cloud Absence Time and Labor Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems
  • Provide customer service support, track-incidence, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases
  • Drive complete and total resolution of each service incident
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • B.S (Computer Science) or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant working experience
  • Functional/Technical background in Human Capital Management (HCM) and exposure to associated systems and software
  • Technical skills in RDBMS, SQL, PL SQL, XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA, and Web Services
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM product for Absence, Time and Labor
