Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Manage a team of CRM specialists and ensure seamless integration of CRM technology
- Develop and scale segmented lifecycle programs to increase customer lifetime value
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a SaaS or marketplace setting
- In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and experience managing a CRM tech stack
- Expertise in customer segmentation and data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience in customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and funnel optimization
