Job Summary
A company is looking for a Researcher for their Health Payer Innovation, Transformation, and Support Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide programmatic management for large-scale payment transformation and health care insurance coverage projects
- Develop data collection tools and protocols
- Provide technical assistance to government clients and manage project budgets and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. degree with 0-3 years related experience or M.A., M.S., or M.P.H. with 4-7 years related experience in health economics, health services research, social science, evaluation research, or public health
- Experience implementing and/or conducting research on alternative payment models
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage or the Medicaid program
- Ability to conduct quantitative and/or qualitative research, with experience using analytic software
- Experience working in a grant or contract-funded environment is desirable
