Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concept Development Analyst - DRG.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, creation, and implementation of innovative concepts in healthcare billing and coding
- Collaborate with various teams to refine and implement audit procedures and selection methods
- Monitor and update concept criteria and logic based on changes in legislation and policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree preferred
- AAPC or AHIMA coding certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or auditing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and healthcare coding systems
- Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and CMS security requirements
