Job Summary
A company is looking for a HEDIS User Acceptance Testing SME.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing of User Interface and Reporting systems
- Design, draft, and execute test cases while preparing input data and expected results
- Develop data-driven metrics to identify gaps and implement interventions for quality improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in a health care delivery organization
- 3+ years of HEDIS experience with a strong focus on data analysis
- 1+ years of writing SQL code
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (i.e., VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
