Job Summary
A company is looking for a BaseCamp Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the management and maintenance of the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain customer accounts, workgroups, and national data sets
- Automate routine provisioning tasks and migrate BaseCamp into the cloud
- Provide technical support and expertise regarding BaseCamp and Sherpa
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Certifications in relevant technologies preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance
