Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst for their Helix service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Modify software, troubleshoot complex client application issues, and resolve customer problems in a production environment
  • Thoroughly document and track case histories, regularly update customers on troubleshooting efforts, and manage case queues
  • Establish relationships with partner teams, participate in on-call support, and provide technical support training
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of related experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in T-SQL, Python, and supporting software in a hosted solutions environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve most issues with minimal effort
  • Previous experience with Windows SQL/TSQL, Python, and .net programming
  • Positive mindset, ability to collaborate in a team setting, and work in a high-pressure environment
