Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage a pipeline of Home Equity loans, ensuring timely closings
• Communicate effectively with external and internal parties throughout the loan process
• Gather and analyze documentation required for underwriting approval

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines
• Ability to maintain a pipeline of 30-50 loans
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS
• Ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
