Responsibilities:
- Review chart documentation for accuracy in coding, OASIS, and plans of care
- Complete daily productivity goals of 8-11 charts per day
- Maintain department quality standards for accuracy in coding and OASIS
Qualifications:
- Experience in OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, QA, and compliance in Medicare Home Health
- Dual-certification in home care coding (ex. HCS-D or BCHH-C) and OASIS (HSC-O, COS-C, or COQS)
- Registered Nurse/RN preferred
