HRIS Analyst, Workday
Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst, Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM, providing support to HR and Payroll departments
- Provide technical support by investigating issues and delivering solutions
- Support and troubleshoot internal and cloud connect integrations, including EIBs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience in configurations and reporting
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in Workday modules like HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as SQL Reporting Services and Power BI is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and understanding of HR processes and HRIS applications preferred
