Identity Access Management Operations Director

Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for an Identity Access Management Operations Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement, operate, and manage the access management service, including workforce identity and customer IAM
• Analyze and implement appropriate technology tools including data visibility, user provisioning/de-provisioning automation, access auditing, and credential management
• Responsible for vendor management, including product and vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management and consulting management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 13 years of related experience; or Master's degree in related discipline and 11 years of related experience; or PhD degree in related discipline and 8 years of related experience; or Equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification
• Ten plus years of experience working in Information Technology
• Five plus years of experience managing a technical team
• Experience implementing & managing an IAM platform, e.g., Okta, OneLogin, Auth0, and Microsoft
• Experience in Biotech/Pharma is a plus
