Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to provide consultancy services for ONESOURCE products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy services including implementation, configuration, customization, testing, training, and support for clients using ONESOURCE products
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues while serving as a primary point of contact for expert-level support
- Collaborate with sales teams on account strategy and contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
- Functionally proficient with enterprise-class tax automation solutions such as ONESOURCE, Vertex, or Avalara
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on tax automation technology or related solutions
- Strong understanding of indirect tax automation principles and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Fluent English language skills required
