Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely work efforts while exceeding customer expectations
• Consult with management to understand business processes and configuration best practices
• Manage multiple project assignments and deliverables to ensure timely completion

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in management information systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of implementation or customer support experience in healthcare or financial technology
• Working knowledge of healthcare payment systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
