Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to provide expertise and support throughout the customer life cycle in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and configure Fourth Solutions to meet customer requirements, maximizing growth opportunities
- Consult with customers to enhance user adoption and return on investment through proactive collaboration
- Create training content and materials, and support project management to maximize revenue conversions
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and operational best practices
- Experience in consulting and providing creative technical solutions to customers
- Ability to understand customer requirements and design suitable processes
- Collaborative team player with a flexible and motivated attitude
- Experience in presentation and training facilitation
