Implementation Conversion Analyst II
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Conversion Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis, product mapping, and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization
- Create data maps and transaction workflow documents for field conversion
- Perform tests to ensure customized software meets customer needs and train customers on new systems and procedures
Qualifications:
- Ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and explain concepts to customer groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Existing Subject Matter Expertise on the D1 Business and ARPPA Positive Pay systems (bonus)
- Project Management Expertise or PMP certification (bonus)
