Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding clients, providing consultative support on workflows
- Manage project schedules and communication documents to ensure timely implementation
- Facilitate training sessions and user acceptance testing to empower end users and validate configurations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SaaS applications
- Experience integrating with ERP and accounting applications such as Quickbooks or NetSuite
- Strong project management experience with a focus on customer success
- Experience working with customer data and imports
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
