Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company in the business services industry is looking for an Implementation Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process of clients and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Translate client goals into an implementation plan that provides initial value
• Build strong client relationships and communicate with clients to resolve reported issues during implementation

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with SaaS implementations or customer success positions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot client issues
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks with attention to detail and timing
• Experience with Google Suite, ChurnZero, and Salesforce preferred
• Experience working with local governments and school districts preferred
