- Implement Catalyst for a wide variety of customers, focusing on adoption and health post-launch
- Prescribe project plans and milestones for each implementation
- Lead product trainings, guide customers in building workflows, and consult on customer success strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or Customer Success Manager
- Ability to confidently prescribe plans to stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce and other customer success tools
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfort working independently and a desire to build and document processes
