Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service from pre-sale consultation through initial post-sale client administration
- Direct all aspects of client benefit plan installation and develop an implementation strategy
- Act as the single point-of-contact for benefit plan implementation and coordinate resolution of project deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or related field experience
- 2-4 years of applicable experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
