Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Trainer II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document customer requirements and configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes
  • Interface with customers during design and deployment of business solutions
  • Manage solutions through deployment, training, and hand-off activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, or computer programming
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming
  • Experience in EHR (Electronic Health Records) and PM (Practice Management) software preferred
  • Experience in a clinical setting and/or behavioral health setting a plus
