- Resolve complex benefit questions and escalate unresolved issues

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaker)
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
