Key Responsibilities
  • Address incoming inquiries via phone, digital, or written communication
  • Resolve complex benefit questions and escalate unresolved issues
  • Record details of customer interactions and take appropriate actions
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaker)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
