Industrial Applications Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Industrial Applications Senior Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Productionizing solutions provided by the data science team for optimized, maintainable, tested, and extensible implementations
- Creating reusable components for data analysts to programmatically generate Excel-based and BI reports
- Owning the codebase used to run models and generate reports, introducing more rigorous design concepts and testing, and extending its capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Potential to travel to annual Arch Summit, when it is safe to gather again in-person
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of advanced software development experience with Python, Jupyter, and/or Pandas
- Experience analyzing industrial data or other real-world data
- Strong self-motivation and independent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to balance multiple work streams and great time-management skills
