Infrastructure Operations Senior Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Infrastructure and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct strategic planning, development, and management of IT infrastructure and software product support
• Oversee Azure cloud, backup/recovery, disaster recovery testing, network, communications, and service desk
• Establish budgets, evaluate team performance, and guide technical support team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Master's degree preferred
• Relevant licenses and certifications in networking, security, system management, and cloud management preferred
• Minimum of ten years of progressively increasing ownership in IT infrastructure management and leadership positions
• Healthcare IT experience preferred
• Experience with Azure, SaaS operations, and ITIL processes
