Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Officer, Instructional Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instructional design for eLearning and instructor-led courses
- Research and recommend innovative training practices for incorporation into Switchboard's offerings
- Analyze feedback and evaluation data to implement instructional design improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum four years of experience in developing and implementing training or education programs
- Experience in producing innovative multimedia-rich eLearning courses
- Experience with project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) including data collection and reporting
- Familiarity with data-driven, evidence-based programming
