Instructor Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructor Analyst to design, develop, and deliver training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess learner needs and ensure training aligns with organizational goals
- Facilitate on-site and remote training sessions, ensuring content is engaging and accurate
- Create and update training materials and eLearning modules to reflect best practices and operational changes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare administration or customer service, and/or 1 year in training or education
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience in Public Healthcare and Provider Enrollment preferred
- Previous experience in training, education, or instructional design is advantageous
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
