Insurance Exception Processor
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Exception Processor to manage and update insurance data in their system.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by making outbound calls to insurance agencies
- Process and track incoming documentation according to departmental policies
- Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of incoming exceptions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Basic understanding of insurance and mortgage escrow accounts
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to type 35 WPM accurately
