Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for outpatient visits and procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient insurance information in the system and ensure timely completion of accounts
  • Provide customer service and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Computer literate; experience with EPIC scheduling and registration is a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance authorization and referral guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and sensitivity to patients' needs
