A company is looking for an IP Attorney for a 3-month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage trademark and patent application filings with USPTO and international offices
• Conduct trademark clearance searches, patentability assessments, and freedom-to-operate opinions
• Assist in intellectual property litigation matters and collaborate with external counsel

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as an IP Attorney with a focus on trademark and patent matters
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar
• Proficiency in using legal research databases and IP management software
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in legal work
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines
