Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Group Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team responsible for IT Service Desk operations, processes, contractor management, and technology strategy
• Partner with IT Service Desk frontline organization to support employees and independent agencies
• Collaborate with peers in Enterprise Technology Solutions to develop and deliver strategy and process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business discipline, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4 years of experience managing IT professionals or IT project delivery, or 6 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• Senior management experience leading large diverse scale teams with broad complexity organization initiatives
• Proven ability to establish strong partnerships and trust across business and IT
• Experience in data and technology driven improvements at scale, including Contact Center or Service Desk processes
