IT M&A Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT M&A Program Manager to oversee merger and acquisition programs and manage multiple complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT integration strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of IT integration across various workstreams, ensuring efficient management of timelines and budgets
- Act as the main liaison between IT and other units, managing stakeholder communications and expectations
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- PMP and/or PgMP certification preferred
- 10+ years of IT project and program management experience, including managing M&A programs with complex migrations
- Experience in vendor management and project/program budget management
- Background in process architecture, business analysis, and organizational change management preferred
