Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Program Director to lead and manage the execution of a strategic portfolio of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of a strategic portfolio of IT projects
- Create and lead executive level presentations and discussions
- Assess, identify, classify, and report potential project risks with mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Minimum of 8 years of IT Project and Program Management experience
- Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodology
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior Property and Casualty experience is a plus
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and working hand-in-hand with other leaders
