IT Solutions Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager IT Solutions (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of application/infrastructure systems, services, and processes
- Support the maintenance and upgrading of existing application/infrastructure systems and services
- Lead issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information, infrastructure, and/or software systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline preferred
- 6-8 years of relevant IT experience required
- Experience leading a team of associate and contract resources in multiple locations, including offshore
- Demonstrated ability to influence key Technical Service and Business leaders
- Experience managing Vendor Relationships and familiarity with HCM, Payroll, and Learning Systems
