Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Associate to provide IT support to its personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Tier 1 support requests during business hours
- Triage, solve, and escalate user issues through the internal ticketing system
- Execute hardware setups and onboarding for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Google Workspace and macOS
- Experience in a customer-facing support role
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Software as a Service and SSO IAM systems
- Strong organizational skills for documenting support processes
