Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Associate to provide IT support to its personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Tier 1 support requests during business hours
  • Triage, solve, and escalate user issues through the internal ticketing system
  • Execute hardware setups and onboarding for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of Google Workspace and macOS
  • Experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service and SSO IAM systems
  • Strong organizational skills for documenting support processes
