Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain standardized knowledge management policies, SOPs, and best practices

- Leverage collaboration tools to support efficient knowledge sharing and maintain a centralized knowledge repository
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's with 6-10 years (additional experience can substitute for education)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience designing and implementing training programs for various audiences
- Ability to develop new technical solutions to achieve knowledge management objectives
- Military experience or familiarity with collaborative tools is preferred
