A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher for remote overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch all service orders to field personnel promptly
Document and coordinate changes to orders as requested
Confirm receipt of dispatched orders by technicians and manage scheduling

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Ability to focus in a busy call center environment
Private workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet required
Must pass network performance test and have access to a compatible PC
